This document is addressed to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and is an official offer of the Limited Liability Company, which contains all the essential terms of the provision of services, under which the "Emun Taxi Service" (hereinafter referred to as the "dispatch service"), with the involvement of third parties, organizes passenger taxi transportation.
2. This document is a public Offer, addressed to an indefinite number of individuals, and in the event of acceptance of the conditions set out below, the individual accepting this Offer shall pay for the services under the terms of this Offer.
3. Ordering a vehicle is an acceptance of the Offer, which is considered equivalent to concluding a contract on the terms and conditions set out in this Offer, posted on the website www.taxiemun.com
4. Carefully read the text of the public Offer, and if you do not agree with any clause of this Offer, you are invited to refuse the provision of Services rendered by the Carrier
5. Subject of the offer
5.1. "Emun Taxi" provides passenger taxi transportation, courier services, personal driver services, excursions around Israel, and the Customer pays for the Services in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
